Easter

We had a nice Easter dinner at my mom and dad's house this year. Everything looked really beautiful!!! We had ham, cheesy potatoes (of course), sweet potato crunch, and various salads, veggies and dips. The kids got some really cute outfits from my parents. Can't wait to see the boys in their new plaid shorts! Tom and Janet bought them colorwonder tablets, which were a huge hit. They kept them busy yesterday and all day today. All three kids have made thank you pictures that they want to mail. Asher has talked about Janet all day long today. It sounds so cute when he says her name. He definitely has a new friend!!! In the evening we went to Gpa Bud and Gma Ruth's house for our annual Easter egg hunt and dessert. This is my kids absolute favorite part of Easter. I think this is one of the traditions that they will really remember when they grow up. Aunt Jackie outdid herself again this year as far as baskets go. Maia and Isaac both got game crazy gift cards, they are thrilled to death as they are trying to earn money to buy themselves DS's. Notice I said they are buying them on their own. We are really making them work for this, maybe they'll appreciate them more this way. Here's some random pictures of our day.

I love this picture of Asher "stealing" the goose's freshly laid egg. He loved hunting eggs:) He actually found the prized bunny egg (has a whole buck in it) but not realizing it was special he tossed it back. Maybe next year he'll get the fact that that is the egg everyone wants!!

This is the only picture I could get of Isaac. He was in motion the entire egg hunt!!
