Andy was on his way home for lunch today and was in an accident. The other driver ran a red light and Andy smacked him on the side door. Luckily there was a fiesty witness who stuck around to give a report to the police. The other driver was cited. It happened pretty close to the bus stop right at Maia's drop off time. It was more than a little startling to look down the street and realize Andy had been in an accident. The kids and I walked to the scene and of course Asher thought it was pretty cool. He was a little agitated that only the police were there, he was positive we should call the fire department. Anyway pray that whatever is supposed to happen to the van happens. Don't really want (or can afford) a car payment right now but maybe this is our chance to get a new vehicle. We've needed on for awhile now.
