rain rain don't go away

It has been raining here all day. A nice steady rain with a tiny bit of thunder thrown in every once in a while. Normally we walk to school. In fact we avoid driving to the school at all costs. Because of the traffic and bizarre loopy thing you have to navigate through. But today it was unavoidable. Now keep in mind that all Summer long I have been complaining about my attached garage. It makes the house smelly!! But today was another story. I walked out of my family room into the garage and loaded all 3 kids in the van. Drove through the funky drop off loop and promptly headed back home. Where we drove into our garage and re-entered the house through the family room. It took a total of 10 minutes!! And not one single drop of rain touched me or Ash. Which is important because of course we would melt if it did....
